That's odd. I stopped.and chatted to a bloke who was looking it over. He told me he had been working there since 1991 and it had been there since then. He must have got his wires crossed.

Maybe another bike had sat there for the decade before so it just became the same bike in his head.

It's MOT ran out in 2020 so it moved in at least 2019

Must have been 2001 as they were only introduced in 2000 but still a long time to sit undisturbed!
