Must have been 2001 as they were only introduced in 2000 but still a long time to sit undisturbed!

That's odd. I stopped.and chatted to a bloke who was looking it over. He told me he had been working there since 1991 and it had been there since then. He must have got his wires crossed.

Well I just walked past again and...
