The Fender reissue set does, but you can get a CuNiFe set from Mojo for a bit less, or a set from Creamery for another bit less.
The Creamery pickups don’t have CuNiFe pole pieces, but they are pretty splendid. My mate had a set in a 70s Thinline Tele and, after he swapped them out for a (very expensive) original 70s Fender set, the Creamery set are still his favourite pickups.

I’ve realised the cunife humbucker set costs as much as the guitar, so…. maybe not. It just looks cool though and I don’t own anything with humbuckers.
