Yeah standard but all the cars parked half up on the curb outside the takeaways narrows the road and blocks visibility for anyone pulling out or just driving or riding straight along. Lower St James's Street is the worst it's like zombie land down there

Sorry to hear that.
I got knocked off the bike when a person pulled out without looking in September 2017. I was doing a bike tag at the time. Destroyed my left knee. Ambulance, hospital, surgery eventually, and spent the first half of 2018 getting back to being able to walk properly.Re. the pavement parking in this town, it just seems to get worse each year, sorry to say.
