Get a steel fork for your bike, something designed for nutted axle. Seen quite a few cracked alloy dropouts on deliveroo/uber bikes that folks have put conversions on now (extreme use though, these guys do 40-70 miles a day 7 days a week).
Thanks. Yes, I avoid aluminium/titanium anyway as someone who has studied materials science. Steel has a virtually infinite capacity for stress cycles but aluminium/titanium don't and after a few million flexes can suddenly snap/crack!
