How much did it cost you for the full kit if you don’t mind me asking?

Get a steel fork for your bike, something designed for nutted axle. Seen quite a few cracked alloy dropouts on deliveroo/uber bikes that folks have put conversions on now (extreme use though, these guys do 40-70 miles a day 7 days a week).

Just ordered a Swytch kit I preordered a few months ago. Got the 700c front wheel. Now to decide what bike to build for it.
