I messaged that seller this morning and they confirmed the stem is 25.4mm. Negative shims prove elusive, alas.

This looks steel in black to me, perhaps 140mm....attached to the bike though :)

Thanks but I'm looking for a flat stem, i.e. -17deg.

I think I'll probably only find a Pro Chrome stem to suit (I'll have to paint it black) so I will change my thread title.
