This is the one I'm talking about. Doesn't look to have the central adjustment bolt:

There's clearly no bolt in the middle to adjust direction:

You could probably get all kinds of bar mounts that would work with the 3-pronged mounts:
I know my Apeman cameras have loads of variations on this design to clamp to just about anything.
