I ruptured my ACL running out of talent earlier this year, my physio says to wear a brace on that leg if I ski - I know nothing about these things, does anyone on this thread know what’s good and what’s not?
Take up snowboarding and save the knees for cycling. Skiing trashes knees and braces will only help up to a point.
Snowboarding is also terrible for knees, especially the back one!
