Running

Is there such a thing as a running shoe thats in between full trail and full road? I.e something that has a bit more grip but also some fairly signficant cushioning? My Kayanos are a bit slidey for days like today.

I was in the market for something similar, as it requires a few miles of tarmac if I want to link up local trails to me. I took a punt on these for £40 (10% off when you sign up). Very impressed with them on sodden trail and comfy on road.
