  • EE and XTR, I never thought of it that way haha! I had the parts hanging around and couldn't believe when the bike popped up on ebay. I asked if he'd sell F&F and he said yes so I bought it immediately. I did wait a few months for Waltly to make the stem though.

    It is one of the nicest steel frames I have ever seen, beautiful details. I'm glad there are more artisan makers today but it is a shame this team of makers is no more. They really were something special in my opinion.

  • I think some of the same builders are in the No22 group. A lot of people in the northeast seem to move around a lot.

    Serotta was a great builder, but running a business is a different skill set. So many talented craftspeople lurch in and out of bankruptcy.
