That wording says bot to me, rather than blaming human error.

They say it was a bot but obviously a poorly written/configured one if so. Most countries have tragic events in their calendar that shouldn't be celebrated with a cheesy chicken.

But I wouldn't be surprised if somebody is supposed to curate the lists of things for the bot to celebrate and whoever was doing Germany just thought "Kristallnacht? That sounds fun."

Special mention for the woman I know who now cycles with a cowboy hat on after being hit by a car a couple months back. She wasn’t wearing a helmet and ended up with a brain injury. She said she was fully recovered now but perhaps she’s not quite there yet

Wow, people can argue all they like about the pros and cons of wearing a helmet in standard scnarios but i'm not sure there is any valid argument for not wearing a helmet if you have recently had a brain injury!
