150k is crazy isn't it ? for under 10 sqm of surface

That figure includes the full kitchen job too. The area of the completed room would be just under 40 sqm

It balancesd things a bit, but if we are talking about 40 sqm of surface, part of it being refurbishment, we still are at 3.75k per sqm. still very high

Objectively it is crazy, yes, but that appears to be what these things cost if you don't have the desire to self-manage.
