I‘m planning to build an on&off-road touring bike around a Surly Ogre or ECR frame. I‘m looking for a size medium but will consider a size Large. The plan is to build it up with a Rohloff hub so I‘m not really interested in a full bike. Shipping would be required. If you have a frame, any hints or leads, I‘m looking forward to hear from you. Complete but maybe you can advocate for a split

I have a Large Surly 1x1, canti stud & disc tab, unsure it’s suitable as doesn’t have rack mounts

@Eejit cheers, I‘ve seen that one but given the asking price and likely split prices it probably wouldn‘t work out cheaper than ordering a new frame - also I‘m not in a hurry...

It’s at my dads so no immediate pics but mid 00s surly 1x1, took me about 5 years to find one. Can run 26+, 27.5 or 700s

Cheers! I’ve already seen that one but the 61cm effective top tube would be less than ideal for a drop bar build so I’d rather get a Medium :)
