Has anyone brewed their Pie-San Rume Sudan yet? As it's such a small bag I don't want to fuck it up!

I'm thinking aeropress as I've got a very established/trusted process for that.

I was thinking clever dripper for mine as should be able to get 2 brews from the bag!

I should be able to get two with my aeropress. Had first this morning, it was good. Didn't blow me away, but was good.

I made it at work with a Quooker type tap though so the water was probably not at an ideal temperature.
