I've added some grip tape for when you're using this with a 5kg kettle bell counterweight (essential if you're using this with a Wahoo KickR). This can easily be removed
This is a transition version between the original R1 and the later R1+.
It has the machined slots to secure your trainer to the top plate. The only real difference between the two is the later R1+ uses buffalo board for the top plate.
This is 18mm ply and has replacement stainless steel fixing bolts
