If that Vouvray is from a very good producer and a very good vintage and has been stored perfectly you have a tiny chance of it not being completely fucked. No chance that white Graves is drinkable.
EDIT google says 1987 Vouvray wasn't anything special so that is junk too. Maybe keep the bottles as candle holders?
