They do make a 60mm 26" version.. but looking it up, they look to be only 15£ cheaper than GB from SJS.
I have a set of 60mm blumels on my current dadbike/commuter, and except for the front coverage they are really hard to fault (the spray the underside of the basket, which is quite annoying in the rain).
I'd say get blumels or GB.

I have just zip-tied a piece of plastic cut to an appropriate shape underneath the basket to stop spray soaking the bottom of my bag. Reasonably effective even in prolonged downpours, but then the bag is drenched from above anyway.

Are these suitable for 26? GB look great but probably out of budget, might have to stick with the Bluemels!
