Thanks. I’ve written a 3 page letter yesterday with a slide dec of all the pics that have been littering this thread over the last 7 weeks.
It’s not a letter of claim as such but it does ask for 20% of the bill back and say I’m not paying the last 10%.

If they don’t reply to that or do that (which they won’t) not sure what my next move is

I think you can lodge a claim that stops them being able to fold.

But you will spend some money, a lot of time and stress and they'll probably get away with it anyway. If you have a strong constitution go for it - otherwise leave them bad google reviews and try to move on with your life
