Thanks. I’ve written a 3 page letter yesterday with a slide dec of all the pics that have been littering this thread over the last 7 weeks.
It’s not a letter of claim as such but it does ask for 20% of the bill back and say I’m not paying the last 10%.If they don’t reply to that or do that (which they won’t) not sure what my next move is

I think you can lodge a claim that stops them being able to fold.
But you will spend some money, a lot of time and stress and they'll probably get away with it anyway. If you have a strong constitution go for it - otherwise leave them bad google reviews and try to move on with your life

If you weren't aware they are well overdue with their accounts and an application has been made to strike the company off on that basis (by 4 December). May mean nothing but if you are hoping to get some money from them I would try sooner rather than later.
