If you weren't aware they are well overdue with their accounts and an application has been made to strike the company off on that basis (by 4 December). May mean nothing but if you are hoping to get some money from them I would try sooner rather than later.

Thanks. I’ve written a 3 page letter yesterday with a slide dec of all the pics that have been littering this thread over the last 7 weeks.
It’s not a letter of claim as such but it does ask for 20% of the bill back and say I’m not paying the last 10%.If they don’t reply to that or do that (which they won’t) not sure what my next move is

They will just fold and start again, these companies have absolutely no morals and there isn't enough to just make sure they dont start again and re do it. Its insane
