Not clear which one is challenging. Either way, is that an Affenpischer? If so, they're arseholes. Lovely, but arseholes.

Good guess it’s a Brussels Griffon which are about 50% Affenpinscher.
She has bad health issues, maybe fatal.
The other big problem is BGs bond obsessively with one person, she has switched this to my wife who gets followed 24 hrs a day.
My dog , Otto, is trying to pretend it’s not happening
