imagine the difficulty that would arise if everyone decided that contracts don't really mean anything.
even setting aside the issue of contracts, it's wholly impractical to, for example, fire 30,000 skilled and competent railway workers and start from scratch.

the only one of those points which even vaguely holds water is the one about anti strike legislation.
and on that - if personal liberty is important to neo liberals (which they say it is), how about the personal liberty to join a union and withhold labour? why is that in a different category to other personal liberties?
