Ooof, very tasty. Fluked the dial in and first shot was very tasty, not sure I’ve been able to taste the natural ‘funkiness’ in espresso so well before. I’ve had it shine through on pour over before but seems to get lost in espresso normally for me!

Good to hear, it's a nice one. Doing pour over with an Orea brewer here, get that nice boozy natural flavor.

Almost finished this bag now. I think I got a better, brighter cup using V60 in the end.

Despite the cutesy branding that made me very skeptical, I'm definitely impressed with the Hippo.
