Was a bit tongue in cheek!
I've been on the edge of starting a modular rack for a while but it's noticeably the same thinking (and G.A.S.) as building a big rig but in a small contained space. I understand the appeal of that though.
Airhead-
There are definitely drawbacks to eurorack, beyond just how cripplingly expensive it all is. The small size and cables everywhere sometimes makes it ergonomically challenging compared to a dedicated synth panel. Also you often end up fighting with power and noise issues (bleed is a common problem, both internally with individual modules, and across the power bus).
It is, however, really good fun.

I have looked at that but TBH the appeal of modular is mixing up modules from different manufacturers to a degree. I do really like Erica Synths stuff though
