So are these cabinets with custom doors with a cabinet "missing" but still with a door which is kinda secret which leads through to a bathroom? Planing something similar.

i think that in the case of a concealed entrance, 500 mm width will spark joy.
no skirting/borders means an understandable desire for a shadow gap, which you should satisfy now.
