Drill the bolt out?
Could also just cut the pad out I guess.

If you had ever seen me use a drill you would understand why that isn't an option hahaa.

I normally yell at mine until the pad comes out. Not everyone is as persuasive. Fair.
I probably have what you need but it's in storage so you're more likely to find someone else with some. You can find cheaper alternatives to Shimano and SwissStop though. I have some on my bikes I just can't remember the brand. A-something?
Does anyone have one spare? It's the cartridge kind that a SwissStop pad will fit in.
One of mine has a mashed bolt, so can't get the old pad out. I don't really wanna shell out £18 or whatever Shimano want these days if I can grab a spare from someone.
Will pay you/ buy you some beers/trade it for other miscellaneous small parts.
