@Jonny69 & @withered_preacher - it’s this stuff - https://kaffekapslen.co.uk/dulcis-vitae-coffee-beans-1000-g-gimoka.html According to the blurb it’s 70% Robusta beans from Vietnam and 30% Robusta beans from Uganda.
Grinding coarse and a short, lower temperature brew was a big improvement - I’ll try some milk in it like some massive Heathen next!
It’ll be good to have some help getting through it Jon - I’ll PM you as I don’t seem to have your number on my phone
Although you said you're not a fan of milky coffee, if they're 70% Vietnamese beans, you could make Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk as a treat.
Everyone baulked at the idea of Vietnamese egg coffee when I made one a while back. It was actually really good!
Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk as a treat.
This, along with Thai iced tea, is the best use of condensed milk.
Dulce de leche is a distant third.
This is a good shout - thanks, will give it a go
