I don't have your specific requests but i do have a silver inline condor seatpost, silver ridegback stem (subtle branding, pretty nice shape and light) with a silver unbranded flat bar attached. Both 31.8. Was for a commute build but plans changed. The bars aren't super wide, I think 580ish.

Possible option if you need some cheap bits until you can find what you want.

My bad, I just checked and now I remember the bars are 25.4 and stem 26 with a nitto shim. Still a cheap option though. Can do all for 25quid. Stem, bars, post and shim.

I have one in brown. Ti trails iirc. It came off an old bike and will never go back on another one as I do not like brown. Might not be tatty enough for you but you can have it for p&p if interested.
