Only really need to borrow it for now just to see how my old Raleigh feels with risers rather than the cruiser bars. Seems like there are loads of 1" adaptors around but not many 1 1/8" if u got one plz hit me up.

Not seen a quill stem at 1 1/8 and yes there are 1000s of adaptors to be held at almost no cost. like this one.
