    Feeling a little disappointed now, but have Ironman plans for next year so at least it means I can focus on getting my swimming and cycling back in order!

    Also did a park run, hungover last weekend and did 17:50, so nearly 30 seconds faster than when fully trained and with a mini taper… admittedly different courses but still a bit of a head spinner!

  • I always figured it's the sugary fuel that helps after a drinking session. Not a great way to improve performance but minimal gains right?
