I think it is a valid point, he has not made the well being of the UK his single priority. A cabinet minister should have one loyalty, their country.
Canada has several Tory MPs who spend a lot of their time outside the country. One shacked up with her American husband in the US and was caught tweeting from a liquor store parking lot while pretending to be in Canada.

Not sure Labour can or should use it as an attack line, perhaps some false flag attacks for Laurence Fox (is he still an thing?) it's all about splitting the racist votes.
