Stiletto heels will trash Lino. Also wood and vinyl.
I think stiletto heels will probably trash everything except things that will be horrible to do yoga on. The only surfaces I can think of that don't get heel marks are stone and concrete.
If she's wearing block heels or wedges you might be ok.

Laminate or LVT seem the options for heels.

Surprisingly the cheap laminate flooring under my partners pole has held up well to 5yrs of abuse. It’s marked a little but honestly it’s not that bad, certainly not badly worn or chipped.
Ok, so lino and vinyl is out. Maybe a laminate with a bit of underlay will be an acceptable compromise. I think she’d be happy with anything other than the carpet currently in there. Nothing lasts forever at the end of the day and if we need to chuck a rug down when she’s not working in there then so be it.
The heels stuff isn't a big part of her daily practice or work, more just lesson planning at home so imagine she’d mostly be barefoot in that room.
Will avoid the softer materials just to be safe though.And no, it’s 7” stilettos or gtfo. She wouldn’t be seen dead in blocks or wedges.

I love cork and grew up in a house with some delightfully squishy ones.
Alas, my partner does yoga classes in high heels sometimes so they’d get shredded in days.
Will think on it, watch some YouTube and get a quote or two from a pro and go from there.
My boss also reckons forbo lino is the one as he’s got it all over his house.
