Sounds like Rishi's first job is to keep his defence minister who is digging his heals in over 3% funding and can't see it going down well if Wallace walks as he seems fairly universally seen as doing a good job
The name thing is weird how it upsets people, plenty of people referred to Jezza when it was Corbyn and most of them weren't doing it in a chummy way
