Crust Orthopaedic bars

  • I'm after a set of these but, they're sold out and probably frighteningly expensive to import to the UK so, in light of this, what are the next best alternatives? Good sweep and height are important plus the width of the COB is appealing as I'm 6.3. A pair of Bosco bars late last year has improved my life no end and I'd put another set if these on the bike I'm trying to convert however, they don't accept mtb trigger shifters very well.

    Over to you.....

  • May not answer all your questions, but some elevator music until someone replies: https://www.reddit.com/r/xbiking/comments/vzikom/crust_rons_orthopedic_bars_alternative/

Someone's already beaten me to it on the thread but personally I've always been a fan of On One's jazzy and extremely reasonably priced selection

  • Cheers man, OO are not my bag, plus they're offerings are not quite right. Ergotec are good but again, not right, none are wide enough.

I've been running VO Granola bars but want more height and width

  • Nitto Albatross or are they the same grip gauge as bosco?

  • is @M_V still bending bars? he made me a great set of bars previously

  • Had these before, lovely lovely bars but I want wider

  • Have you looked at the contec La Baguette magique? I put them on my partners bike and they love them. 70mm rise, 35° backsweep and 660mm wide. 31.8mm clamp though.
