Grinding coarse and a short, lower temperature brew was a big improvement - I’ll try some milk in it like some massive Heathen next!

Wild, can’t imagine it could ever make a great brew - I’m a fan of having some Robusta in my mix as I’m an old schooler but full on, no.
Although you said you're not a fan of milky coffee, if they're 70% Vietnamese beans, you could make Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk as a treat.
