Forbo Marmoleum, they do a marbled pink one. Get it from J De Bruyn if you plan to lay it yourself. It’ll have a bit of give it you use a springy underlay.

New build flat so concrete floors.
Worth checking your lease and doing the relevant leaseholder applications if necessary so it hopefully doesn't come back to bite you down the line! Plenty of cork backed products which claim to be as acoustic asorbing as carpet.

Flooring advice? (Been pointed here from the owning home thread).
Partner wants to pull up the carpet in our spare room and replace with lino/lvt/laminate etc.
12.5m2. Room is square with 2 small insets but no alcoves or weird corners. Room is used as her yoga/workout space so non-slip, wear resistance but with a tiny bit of give ideally.
New build flat so concrete floors.
I’m pretty handy so might be able to do it myself but it comes down to time/effort vs paying a pro.
Pros/cons of each flooring type?
