Brady has done an interesting thing with the MPs "intention" stage of the process which is clearly designed to force the candidate with the lesser parliamentary support to stand aside and avoid having to go to party members, which everyone knows is a shitshow.
Penny isn't going to get 100 votes so it's a BJ vs Sunak showdown which I think Sunak will win at the "intention" stage, unless some unholy deal is done in between the two of them, in advance of that.
