I don't think he was suggesting you gave an actual recognised diagnosis whilst flying past her. But you did say it makes her sounds like she's "quite far along the autistic spectrum" which is problematic in and of itself and then go on to say you think she's useless after doubling down on the report making her sound autistic stuff, so inferring "on the spectrum" relates to useless.

I didn't diagnose shit. I said that's what the report made her sound like. Frankly I think she's just useless.
