What's worse, escaping justice by fleeing the country or escaping justice by pleading guilty in court and just paying a £200 fine?
She's still in the US right, I'm sure the sentence will be meaningless whatever happens. You'd hope, as she wouldn't actually receive any punishment unless she returns to the uk (I think?) that they'd throw the book at her.
I imagine an Interpol warrant might be outstanding and she can have limited travel until tue end of days
