My fear is the machine breaking before I complete the run. I don’t quite trust it that much yet. I also fear like on-here, that 20 person run suddenly becomes 50 : Plague Island stickers spicy deja vu.

That’s your answer then. They’re more expensive for one offs while you’re learning the machine. Once you’re more comfortable and familiar with its capability you could maybe do some forum runs, again likely be limited while you’re still getting comfortable. Eg, 10 patches available, £15 each, first come first served etc etc.
While I have no burning desire for a patch right now, they are lovely things!

I wonder if it's one of those things where you may have luck as a "group buy" function in a forum. Go to a forum, say I do this and have this badge. Need to do a run of 20(?) anyone interested?
