This is back on the market. The sellers have been making a decent wedge from shoots

Feels like they are wasting their time. Presumably buyer dropped out w/ mortgage issues so hard to see how they get another one at a top-of-the-market valuation. It looks nice and all but it's one of those properties that won't appeal to everyone.
