Still baffled by that vote - how did the Tories end up with a bigger majority than they have on paper? Was there no pairing? According to this, only Tories voted with the Noes - so where were all the other bits of opposition?
I think the majority is bigger because the Tories were on a 3-line whip up until the last minute, so nearly every MP will have voted, but this not the case for opposition parties so they will have had a lower turnout
