I would say 80% that is not.
Yes, they are pretty bad - I did a quick googling and was terrified by the number of failures. I've replaced the bleed nipple & O-ring but it didn't help - it was leaking straight from the bleed hole.
To be honest, £20 is just to make me feel less bad for throwing away money on it (ebay purchase). I should give it for free -)

On a separate note, Restrap bag is sold and Juins are provisionally sold.

Do you happen to think the Ultegra model is any more reliable? Or is avoiding Shimano hydraulic brakes probably the safer bet

In the end, I bought Hope RX4+ which are diabolical to set up but they can stop a train, and no leaks so far.
