Will be no different than Stratford with a bunch of halo stores and all the money spent in Krispy Kreme and primark

Except Battersea is in central and already have billions worth of expensive buildings/residences build for the well off.

Nine elms, vauxhall and Stockwell, are not what I would call rich central areas.
