I'd say 90% there. Trying to not raise stuff until the end tactically because don't want them to skimp, not finish it or half do anything (ironic I know).

@bobble mate this sounds like a terrible experience for you. As mentioned above, make sure you document absolutely everything including any issues your neighbours have incurred. If you feel able to I would start to make it obvious that any additional costs are going to be paid by them (the builder) for their shitty work that you have paid to get resolved i.e plumber.
Are they any details such as FMB or whatever on their paperwork/quotes. Be useful to start to understand what kind of support you might have if chasing for compensation. Also any addresses so you can get a bag of frozen sausages...
How far off finished are you?
