I'd say 90% there. Trying to not raise stuff until the end tactically because don't want them to skimp, not finish it or half do anything (ironic I know).
I have a list of 10 things to fix/finish such as this wonky cabinet and not going to fully pay until the other flats are soundEdit - I also have my list of shit stuff.
Lateness / water leak / plaster leak / 5 weeks without a toilet /Check this shower tray fitting. Rather than take it out as my rescue plumber said they'd need to, they just Stanley knifed it so it's bonded to the wall with plastic

@bobble mate this sounds like a terrible experience for you. As mentioned above, make sure you document absolutely everything including any issues your neighbours have incurred. If you feel able to I would start to make it obvious that any additional costs are going to be paid by them (the builder) for their shitty work that you have paid to get resolved i.e plumber.
Are they any details such as FMB or whatever on their paperwork/quotes. Be useful to start to understand what kind of support you might have if chasing for compensation. Also any addresses so you can get a bag of frozen sausages...
How far off finished are you?
