Builder did his own plumbing near the start of the rip out which caused a huge leak
Their plasterer spilled laster which has made its way to the downstairs lights . Turning on the shared hallway light tripped flat 2's flat somehow and their macerator which flooded the downstairs flat
100% late (in week 6 of a 3 week job) and regrettably paid 90% of it. Also had to get my own plumber in at a cost of £410 to make it livable in due to them taking too long
What the fuck. Document all of this properly and don't pay another penny until everything is fixed. Ideally you should get back/knock off the total cost the £410 plumbing bill as well.
