The other thing is that we sell a lots of hybrids to customer, they genuinely enjoyed a 1 by for the soles reason all they have to do is shift up for easy and down for hard.
I think we sometime forget people really don’t understood how to work a double or triple, and just grind through it, the 1 by simplified it massively for them to enjoy cycling without feeling like an idiot for riding on the wrong gears, even Road cyclists do this.
