Bristol water charge me £63 p month (no meter, band b first floor flat). Some friends of mine have a similar size flat but with a garden in the same area but pay £25 (again no meter).
I mentioned this on the phone with them and they said nothing we can do it is on the rateable value of the property in the 90s.
Has anyone else been charged more than their neighbours and is it an Ofwat job? Don't want to throw my mates under a bus and provide their bill. Cheers
This is back up plan, but rather not have one and just pay ~£25 p month. I got a stop tap fitted to enable me to get one but the plumber but it in a really inaccessible place to work on it / fit a smart meter. Even a bit of a ball ache to turn it off. Not sure what was wrong with under the sink
