57cm Ephgrave

Walking out of my job last week felt great, and seemed a good idea at the time.

Whilst I’m sure things will be just dandy in the long run, in the short term I still need to pay the rent.

So: I am offering for sale this Ephgrave.

Lovely paint (by Argos) with tiny bits of loss here and there.

All the usual Ephgrave refinements.

It’s 57cm (ctc) square.

Collection from Greenwich SE10.

I’d like £425.00. I know that’s a great price, but I got it for a great price and I’m a decent person.

If it were my size, then I'd be the first to stand in line. The No. 2 model was always my favourite and this is a particularly fine example.

Out of curiosity - who did the paint job and lug lining on the frameset?

I saw Argos mentioned and it is lovely
While I’ve not commissioned them (too spendy for me :) I’ve been told from others who have they’re well regarded

I bought this frameset. Argos did the paintwork in 2009 (i was given the original documentation). It is in great condition now—even after 13 years.

I have used Argos in the past and they do a good job—but are not cheap.

Cheers, also missed (@crossedthread) ^ mentioning of Argos. Yeah, agree they do a really good job, had one of their house frames (sold on here) and the paint job was just superb. This one is lovely, good luck with building it up.
